Full Paper must be submitted via EDAS. Full length papers (Full Papers) have to be prepared as per the prescribed format Microsoft Word, downloadable from here. The minimum length is 5 pages. Extra pages will be charged as indicated in the registration fee. We only receive maximum 7 pages per article.

To ensure high standards, all contributed papers will be reviewed by independent reviewers. Based on the reviewers’ comments, the Coordinating Scientist will take decision on the acceptance of the papers. Upon acceptance of the Full Paper, author will be notified via email and author shall incorporate the reviewers’ suggested corrections to the manuscript and submit the revised manuscript as Camera Ready Submission.

Although EDAS has 30% threshold on similarity check, authors are advised to give effort by making the similarity check not greater than 25%.

Accepted papers will be published on RAIEIC proceedings that can be accessed online and indexed by Google Scholar. However, all presented and selected papers can have the opportunity to be published in (with extra fee and processes):
– First edition of IT Del International journal named RAKSA Informatics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Journal (will be indexed by DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar)
– or, Scopus-indexed journal (based-on past experiences). Our previous published papers can be seen in:

The 4^th Recent Advancement in Informatics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering International Conference (RAIEIC) 2019 is organized by Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del).The conference is designed to be a platform for researchers, academia and practitioners to address challenges, opportunities and exchange scientific findings and information on those topics. Participants from different countries will gather to present research results, share visions and ideas, obtain updates on latest technologies and expand professional and social networking. The conference consists of the participants from the research community, the public sector, and industry. It aims to promote publication of research and development activities and knowledge sharing among participants in informatics, electrical and electronics engineering.

The conference will be held in

Inna Hotel Parapat, Danau Toba, North Sumatera, Indonesia on 3^rd to 5^th of December 2019

This 3-days event includes keynote speeches by distinguished speakers; technical sessions; luncheons; coffee breaks; networking day and a relaxing and entertaining banquet.

Regarding publication, the conditions are:
