Full Paper must be submitted via EDAS. Full length papers (Full Papers) have to be prepared as per the prescribed format Microsoft Word, downloadable from here. The minimum length is 5 pages. Extra pages will be charged as indicated in the registration fee. We only receive maximum 7 pages per article.

To ensure high standards, all contributed papers will be reviewed by independent reviewers. Based on the reviewers’ comments, the Coordinating Scientist will take decision on the acceptance of the papers. Upon acceptance of the Full Paper, author will be notified via email and author shall incorporate the reviewers’ suggested corrections to the manuscript and submit the revised manuscript as Camera Ready Submission.

Although EDAS has 30% threshold on similarity check, authors are advised to give effort by making the similarity check not greater than 25%.

Accepted papers will be published on RAIEIC proceedings that can be accessed online and indexed by Google Scholar. However, all presented and selected papers can have the opportunity to be published in (with extra fee and processes):
– First edition of IT Del International journal named RAKSA Informatics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Journal (will be indexed by DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar)
– or, Scopus-indexed journal (based-on past experiences). Our previous published papers can be seen in:

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE:

1. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Conference. For paper format download the template in: Adv.Sc_.Let_.-template (Example template)
  Minimum Page = 4 and Maximum Pages = 5 Pages (For Six and above = USD 50 per additional page)
2. Make sure your paper is under 25% similarity score (Check with Turnitin or similar tools).
3. Page with normal fee is limited to FIVE (5) pages. Extra page fee is USD 50 per page if you exceeding 5 pages.
4. Submission is Full Paper Submission (Not Just Abstract) – Make sure in PDF format.

Make sure your paper is PAID status by making a payment to the organizer.
Name a Presenter by visiting your paper edas information link and click + sign under Presenter row. Check the radio button selection and hit “Add Another Presenter” button.

Presentation Method

Each presentation carry 12 minutes of presentation with 3 minutes question and answer.
Presentation during the conference day must be in English.
Each session will be chaired by one Chair Person and Time Keeper.
Any additional rules will be implemented from time to time during the presentation day by the Head of Registrar Committee.
